Having over 14 years of professional, hands-on technology support experience ranging from small-medium sized businesses and large enterprise businesses, I bring a tremendous amount of technical support to the various support roles I work in.
Adding to that, I have a strong passion for Information Security and Risk Management. While I am still acquiring the formal educational background that will allow me to excel in this field, I completed a Certificate program at the University of Washington studying Information Security and Risk Management.
